What is a Log Book Service?

Why do I need a log book service?

If you follow the manufacturers specifications you will maintain your new car warranty and keep your vehicle in optimal performance condition.

What happens if I miss a Service?

Missing a scheduled service means you potentially void the new car warranty and compromise the safety of your vehicle.

Do you have Loan cars and how much do they cost?

At Echuca Service Centre & Echuca 4x4 we can off you a courtesy Loan vehicle. We recommend booking one in advance and please return it to us with a full tank of fuel.

Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?

No you won't lose your statuary new car warranty as long as quality parts and oils are used and the service is carried out to manufacturers specifications. I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?

Yes a Log Book is required in order to be stamped. This continuous record assists in maintaining your warranty.

Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done? or a digital report of what's wrong with my car?

We can provide you with a digital report on request of you service details and also of any issues we find during service.

How long will the service take?

We like to keep your vehicle for the day in our Echuca workshop. If you can't leave it for the day please let our staff know when you book and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How much will my service cost?

The cost of a service will vary depending on which service it is and parts required.

How can I pay for my Service?

We accept payment via EFTPOS only ie Debit Card, Visa or Master card.

When are you Open?

Echuca Service Centre & Echuca 4x4 is open early every morning at 7.30pm Mon - Fri and we finish at 5.30pm Mon - Thurs but Friday only till 4.30pm. Weekends by appointment only.

What is the earliest time I can bring my car in?

7.30am is the earliest time you can drop off your vehicle, however after hours drop offs can be arranged.

Can I drop off my car after hours?

Yes, you can drop off your vehicle to us after hours if that suits you better. Please let us know at time of booking.

Is there a secure key drop off box after hours?

Contact us for details on how to drop off your keys securely to us when you drop off your car after hours.

Can I collect my car after hours?

Yes, after hours vehicle collection can be done by arrangement. Speak to one of our staff.

Can you pick up my car from home?

Echuca Service Centre & Echuca 4x4 can sometimes collect your car from home. You must ask us about this at time of booking.

Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?

We can drop you home if this is organised at the time of booking and you are within our local area.

What happens if something is not right after my car service?

Call us straight away if you think there is an issue. We take great pride in our work, but if something doesn't seem quite right then let us know. You are also covered by our REPCO Nationwide Warranty if you find yourself out of town.

Will you give me reminders when my next sercive is due?

We always put a sticker on your windscreen to remind you when the next service is due.

Can my car be serviced at the same time it is repaired?

Yes, your car can be serviced when it is in our workshop being repaired, makes sense to do this as it saves you time off the road. Let us know at time of booking so we can add extra time for your job.

How do I book in a Service?

Call us or visit our Echuca workshop during opening hours or make a booking enquiry online.

How often should I really service my car?

To protect your vehicle you should have your car serviced at the recommended intervals as per your windscreen sticker.

I don't drive much, do I still need a service?

Yes, we recommend an annual service every 12 months.

Can you fix other things while my car is being serviced?

If you need a repair done while your car is serviced please let us know at the time you make a booking. Then we can allow enough time for it to be done.

Can you wash my car?

We can wash your car if requested.

Do you use good quality oils and parts?

Yes, we do use good quality oil and parts to maintain your new car warranty.

Do you check my brakes during a service?

We check the brakes of every vehicle we service and let you know how much your pads are worn. We record this on your Vehicle Inspection report.
